Compliance infrastructure
Yes. FMCSA's random testing rule applies to every CDL employer, and you can't randomly select yourself, so owner-operators join a consortium run by a C/TPA. Ours is $129 a year per company, or every random test is included in our [2027 owner-operator packages](/industries/owner-operators-small-fleets).
A Consortium/Third-Party Administrator runs the parts of a drug and alcohol program you'd otherwise build yourself: the random pool and selections, collections, results and records, and Clearinghouse queries. You stay the employer; we do the administration.
Yes. Most of our non-DOT employers use instant drug tests: a 5- or 10-panel read during the visit, from $55 at our clinics, with any non-negative sent to the lab to confirm. We also run post-offer functional capacity evaluations, non-DOT random pools and OSHA respirator and hearing programs. See [instant drug testing for employers](/drug-testing/non-dot-testing).
The consortium is $129 a year per company. A DOT drug test is $75 at our clinics or $95 on-site, Clearinghouse queries are $35 with FMCSA's fee included, and driver file management is $18 per driver a month. Tell us what you run and we'll price the whole program.
Yes. Our own collectors cover Nebraska and Kansas, and drivers anywhere else test at one of 3,000+ partner collection sites nationwide. Results come back to us and into the same records.
Call (402) 252-5144, day or night. We help your DER decide whether a DOT post-accident test is required and arrange the collection. When the rule applies, alcohol must be tested within 8 hours and drugs within 32 hours, and an alcohol test not done within 2 hours has to be documented (49 CFR 382.303). Call as soon as you can.
At our [Lincoln and Beatrice clinics](/occupational-health/dot-physical), with FMCSA-certified medical examiners. A DOT physical is $179, or $125 for consortium members. Book online or call.
No. For testing, you designate us as your C/TPA in the Clearinghouse and pick a start date; we add your drivers to our pool from that day. For driver files, send us what you have and we'll tell you what's missing.
Yes. We test middle and high school students at their schools, college athletes from Division I to community colleges, and professional athletes and performers, almost always on-site and under each client's own policy and protocol. Schools can budget the year on one price with our 2027-28 Student Testing Package.
