About the Role

Serve as the first response point for emergency testing events and ensure documented, timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer hotline calls and initiate collector dispatch
  • Document attempts and timelines for audit defense
  • Communicate status to DERs and internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with dispatch or emergency coordination
  • Calm under pressure and excellent communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DOT testing timelines
