About the Role
Serve as the first response point for emergency testing events and ensure documented, timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer hotline calls and initiate collector dispatch
- Document attempts and timelines for audit defense
- Communicate status to DERs and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience with dispatch or emergency coordination
- Calm under pressure and excellent communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DOT testing timelines
