Design and deliver compelling DER and supervisor training that meets DOT standards and improves internal readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate live and virtual DER/supervisor trainings
- Maintain up-to-date curriculum aligned to Part 382
- Collect feedback and track certification outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years facilitating compliance or safety training
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Instructional design experience
- Diversified Academy trainer certification
