About the Role
As a Compliance Analyst, you will execute full/limited queries, maintain §391.51-compliant driver files, and coordinate RTD milestones.
You will prepare audit binders and advise clients on corrective actions to maintain readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Run Clearinghouse queries and track consents
- Maintain DQF documentation and monitor expirations
- Coordinate RTD milestones with MRO/SAP teams
- Prepare audit binders and compliance reports
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in DOT/FMCSA compliance or fleet safety
- Working knowledge of Parts 382 and 391
- Strong documentation and client communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NATMI CDS or equivalent coursework
- Experience with Payload CMS or similar systems
