Compliance Analyst (Clearinghouse & DQF)

About the Role

As a Compliance Analyst, you will execute full/limited queries, maintain §391.51-compliant driver files, and coordinate RTD milestones.

You will prepare audit binders and advise clients on corrective actions to maintain readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Run Clearinghouse queries and track consents
Maintain DQF documentation and monitor expirations
Coordinate RTD milestones with MRO/SAP teams
Prepare audit binders and compliance reports

Required Qualifications

1-3 years in DOT/FMCSA compliance or fleet safety
Working knowledge of Parts 382 and 391
Strong documentation and client communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

NATMI CDS or equivalent coursework
Experience with Payload CMS or similar systems
