Collection-Only Service for TPAs
Third-party administrators send donors to our Lincoln, Beatrice and West Omaha clinics, or send our own mobile collectors across Nebraska and Kansas. We collect on your form, under your lab account, for $50 per collection.
A collection-only service handles the collection and chain of custody for another program's test, while the TPA keeps the lab, MRO review and results. We collect on your CCF or eCCF at three Nebraska clinics or on-site, for $50 per collection.
Third-party administrators, consortiums and employers with their own programs use Diversified Safety & Compliance as their collector in Nebraska and Kansas. Your donor tests at one of our clinics, or our collector goes to them. You keep the lab, the Medical Review Officer (MRO) review, the pool and the results.
An alternative collection site
Send donors to our clinics in Lincoln, Beatrice and West Omaha. The same DOT-qualified collectors and the same procedure, whether it's a DOT test or a test under your client's own policy.
A mobile collector
When the donor can't come to us, our own mobile collectors go to the terminal, job site or yard anywhere they cover in Nebraska and Kansas, including after an accident or a reasonable-suspicion call.
Your form, your lab
We collect on your federal custody and control form (CCF) or eCCF, under your lab account and codes, and send the specimen to your lab. Breath alcohol tests are given by qualified breath alcohol technicians, and directly observed collections are available when a return-to-duty or follow-up test requires one.
Want to hand off the whole program?
If a client would rather move its program, we also run a DOT drug testing consortium and C/TPA services, with MRO review and Clearinghouse queries.
