About the Role

Work with compliance analysts and operations to resolve issues and enhance the DSC Platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

Triage support tickets and build internal tools
Instrument monitoring and improve error budgets
Collaborate on secure integrations and data flows

Required Qualifications

2+ years in support engineering or SRE/DevOps
Experience with TypeScript/Next.js and SQL basics

Preferred Qualifications

GCP/Cloud Run familiarity
Security-first mindset (SOC2/SIEM exposure)
