Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients to DSC programs
Run quarterly business reviews and scorecards
Coordinate cross-division solutions to close gaps

Required Qualifications

3+ years in customer success or account management
Strong understanding of trucking operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with compliance or safety programs
