Within 1 business day, someone from our carrier compliance team calls to confirm your details and schedule your Readiness Review.
We look at your registrations, testing program, Clearinghouse queries, and driver files, then tell you what's current, what's due, and what to fix first.
We start the services you chose on the date you pick, with your member pricing applied, and track every due date from there.

No. Choose only what you want handled, whether that's the consortium, driver files, Clearinghouse queries, or your International Registration Plan (IRP) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) filings. The Readiness Review is free for any NTA member new to Diversified. The consortium discount applies when you join our random pool, and free setup applies when we manage your driver files.
On the date you choose. If you're moving from another consortium, pick the day your current coverage ends so there's no gap. Then we tell you what's current, what's missing, and what to fix first. It's normally $295 and free for NTA members who are new to us.
