How You Opt In
SMS consent is collected during the online appointment booking process at www.diversifiedsafety.com/scheduling. On the "Patient Information" step (Step 4 of 5), patients are presented with an unchecked-by-default checkbox along with full disclosure text.
Checking the box and completing the booking constitutes express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is not required to book an appointment or receive services.
Consent is recorded with a timestamp on the patient record. If a returning patient has previously consented, their consent is preserved and never downgraded on subsequent bookings.

How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
