Questions from NTA members

How do you confirm NTA membership?

We check the Nebraska Trucking Association's member directory when we set up your account. If your company isn't listed yet, or is listed under a different name, tell us when we call. We'll sort it out with you before applying member pricing, so nothing holds up your start date.

Do I have to sign up for every service?

No. Choose only what you want handled, whether that's the consortium, driver files, Clearinghouse queries, or your International Registration Plan (IRP) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) filings. The Readiness Review is free for any NTA member new to Diversified. The consortium discount applies when you join our random pool, and free setup applies when we manage your driver files.

When does my consortium coverage start?

On the date you choose. If you're moving from another consortium, pick the day your current coverage ends so there's no gap. You'll designate Diversified Safety & Compliance as your Consortium/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA) in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, and we'll walk you through that step if it's new to you.

What does the Compliance Readiness Review cover?

It's a mini compliance audit. We review your USDOT registration and filings, your drug and alcohol testing program, your Clearinghouse queries, and your driver qualification files. Then we tell you what's current, what's missing, and what to fix first. It's normally $295 and free for NTA members who are new to us.

I'm not an NTA member. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Our services and published prices are open to every carrier. Use the form above or call (402) 252-5144, and we'll recommend where to start. Owner-operators with up to 5 drivers and 5 trucks can also put testing, the Clearinghouse, driver files, and core filings on one yearly price with our 2027 owner-operator packages.
